The Goodness and Greatness Of God!

Dear readers, welcome back! Allow me to proclaim the GOODNESS AND GREATNESS OF GOD!!!

He is ALL WONDERFUL! And He will always be a GRACIOUS LOVING GOD! God is Good, all the time; and all the time, God is Good! His mercies will endure forever! Let not the things of this world sway me, but I will run till I finish this race! The race which God has called me to fight the good fight of faith and take hold of the eternal life which has been given by God!

Allow me to begin, we have misused the word "Good" and "Great"! Based on the world's perspective, they interpret "Good" and "Great" much differently than the Bible. For the world, they measure great by success and position! Barrack Obama is a great man they say. Christiano Ronaldo is a great man they thought to themselves. Bill Gates is a great man they tell themselves. Michael Jackson was a good man they remind themselves. But at the end of the day, they have all gotten both the words "Good" and "Great" wrong!
Based on the Bible, "Good" and "Great" are not those things the world pursue. The Bible has said that nobody on earth is good nor great! Only God is Good, and He is the Greatest! Our Greatest Good God is who He is! Like love, it is one with God! Without love, there is no God. And without God, there is no love! As for Good, it's the same! If there is no Good, there is no God. And if there is no God, there is no Good! They are fused into one and cannot separate from each other! Which is why nobody on earth is Good nor Great!

And this brings us to the next question, if none of us on earth are good nor great, what's the point of living? Well, the answer is we have to obey His commandments if we want to live eternally with Him! Yes none of us are righteous, good and great, but we can obey His words and fight the good fight of faith which He has called us to! We should not pursue the things of this world, but we should allow God to provide for us! What do I mean? Well, don't pursue fame, power, money, and all the things of this world! Instead let God handle it for you! If God made you into a movie star, or made you the prime minister of a country, or the managing director of a company, then praise God for it! But I tell you, do not pursue these things, you'll just end up lost! Look at the actors of the modern era, especially from Hollywood! Tom Cruise, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, and all the other famous actors. They are all acting out what they are not! They are acting out another world in their life, and what do they get with all the fame, power, money and all those things the world aims for? NOTHING! They will still die, lose their money, power and fame! Somebody will top them out from their position when recession comes! There is no point! But God has a point that you and I need! And that is living the life He wants us to! So start out today with a fresh start and tell God you need His help in living the right way He wants you to! He will assuredly help you!

Furthermore, why is God the greatest? Because in Psalm 135: 5-18, it says, "I know that the Lord is great, that our Lord is greater than all gods. The Lord does whatever pleases Him, in the heavens and on the earth, in the seas and all their depths. He makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth; He sends lightning with rain and brings out the wind from His storehouses. He struck down the firstborn of Egypt, the firstborn of men and animals. He sent His signs and wonders into your midst, O Egypt, against Pharaoh and all His servants, He struck down many nations and killed mighty kings - Sihon king of the Amorites, Og king of Bashan and all the kings of Canaan - and He gave their inheritance to His people Israel. Your name, O Lord, endures forever, your renown, O Lord, through all generations. For the Lord will vindicate His people and have compassion on His servants. The idols of the nations are silver and gold, made by the hands of men. They have mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but cannot see; they have ears, but cannot hear, nor is there breath in their mouths. Those who make them will be like them."
Allow me to explain, From Psalm 135: 5-12, it says that God can do ANYTHING HE PLEASES! Not only ANYTHING, but in HEAVEN AND ON EARTH, IN ALL THE DEPTHS OF THE SEAS! He can make rain and stop the rain from falling anyhow He likes! HE IS IN CONTROL!!! He tears down mighty kings and raises new kings! No matter how powerful that king might be, GOD IS MORE POWERFUL THAN THE KINGS!!! So don't worry about your government! Though there are much corruption or evil spirits roaming in your government, know that GOD IS IN CONTROL!!! If God wouldn't allow the government to exist, then it won't! But it does exist, so that means GOD ALLOWS IT!!! Don't think living overseas will help ease the freedom or lifestyle for you, it'll all b the same! Why run away from your country when you know that GOD IS IN CONTROL!!? Step up and be courageous! Go to another country only if God tells you to, if not then BELIEVE THAT GOD WILL CHANGE YOUR COUNTRY WITH MIGHT and stay in your country and PRAY FOR YOU COUNTRY!!!
As for Psalm 135: 13, it says that GOD'S NAME HAS ENDURED FOREVER!!! WOW!!! DID YOU JUST READ THAT??? GOD'S NAME LASTS FOREVER!!! FROM THE BEGINNING OF TIME, SINCE THE CREATION AND FORMATION OF THE WORLD, MANKIND HAS BEEN PRAISING HIM UNTIL NOW!!!! HOW MANY GENERATIONS HAVE PASSED AND WE ALL STILL REMEMBER AND PRAISE AND SERVE SUCH A MIGHTY AND LIVING AND EVERLASTING GOD!!! AMEN!!! HALLELUJAH!!! God's name will last forever and ever!!! Do you think Michael Jackson's name will be remembered forever?? Yes Michael Jackson did changed and made a huge impact in the music industry, but he won't be remembered forever! Michael Jackson will only be remembered for a few years, maybe ten or twenty, but after that they will have to build up monuments for the people to remember him. HOW INCOMPARABLE TO GOD!!! WE DON'T NEED MONUMENTS OR STATUES TO REMEMBER, PRAISE AND PRAY TO OUR GOD!!! OUR GREATEST GOOD GOD LIVES WITHIN US!!! ISN'T THAT GREAT!!?
As for Psalm 135: 15-18, it talks about the idols men have created!! Look at all the statues and monuments that the people of this world have worshipped, they are made of silver and gold. They have mouths but cannot speak! They have eyes but cannot see! They have ears but cannot hear! There is no breath in them! THERE IS NO LIFE IN THEM!!! AND THOSE WHO MADE THEM WILL BE LIKE THEM!!! THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THEM ARE EVER SEEING BUT WILL NEVER SEE THE TRUTH, ARE EVER HEARING BUT WILL NEVER HEAR THE TRUTH, ARE EVER SPEAKING BUT WILL NEVER SPEAK THE TRUTH, AND THEY HAVE ALL FADED AWAY!!! THERE IS NO BREATH OF LIFE IN THEM!!! How wrong they were!! BUT OUR GOD IS GREATER THAN ALL THE GODS!!! IN FACT, OUR GOD IS THE GREATEST!!! OUR GOD HAS EYES AND SEES EVERYTHING!!! OUR GOD HAS EARS AND HEARS EVERYTHING!!! OUR GOD HAS A MOUTH AND SPEAKS TO WHOEVER HE WANTS TO SPEAK TO!!! OUT GOD HAS BREATH!!! HE LIVES FOREVER AND EVER!!! AMEN!!!! OUR GOD IS THE GREATEST AND HE IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!!!

No matter where you go, know that our God is in control of everything that revolves around you! Even some things that seems impossible to find God there, He is always there =) Just give Him all you have, and He will lead you step by step to the life He wants you to live for Him!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!

CRITICS AND CRITICISMS

Good day all! Allow me to share something that I have written down a long time ago. Today, I will be talking about CRITICS and CRITICISMS! Here we go!

To be criticized can be hurting; we must therefore learn to live with critics and criticism. Do not entertain criticism, stay on track, focus! Why people criticize? Here are reasons why they do criticize people:

1. They have critical spirits. People moan, groan and complain about something. People blame their problems on somebody else. Critical people view others through their own dirty glasses! They become angry at what they perceive to be dirt on other people, when in reality they are looking at others through the dirt of their own hearts!

2. Some people criticize because they don't know the whole story. Critical person refuses to see life from any perspective, other than his own.

3. Some people criticize because it makes them feel better about themselves. The critic usually has a terrible self-image/ low self esteem. This is usually done by character assassination and slandering. We never vindicate ourselves by destroying somebody else. We vindicate ourselves by doing God's work.

4. Some people criticize because it is easier to complain about problems than to solve them.

5. Some people criticize because the person is godly. 2 Timothy 3:12 says "Yes, and all who desire to live a life godly in Jesus Christ will suffer persecution."

6. Some people criticize because a 'real fault' needs correcting. There is truth to be learned in every criticism if we'll listen. In every criticism, there is some grain of truth. We can take a positive action to deal with criticisms that may be hurled against us.

How do we respond to criticism?

1. View your critics as being sent from God. When someone criticizes us the first thing we should ask is: God, what are you trying to teach me through this? Jesus taught us how to respond to criticism in Luke 6:22 "Blessed are you when men have you. And they exclude you. And revile you, and cause out your name as evil. For the Son of Man's sake. Rejoice in that day and leap for joy!"

2. Find the grain of truth in the criticism. When we are criticized, we can use the critics to our advantage. Proverbs 15:31-32 says “He who listens to a life-giving rebuke will be at home among the wise. He who ignores discipline despises himself, but whoever heeds correction gains understanding.”

3. Don't retaliate or counter-criticize your critics. Jesus didn't defend Himself against false accusations. Instead He entrusted Himself to the One who judges righteously.
4. Don't allow critics to discourage you. 1 Corinthians 4:5 says “Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait till the LORD comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of men’s heart. At that time each will receive his praise from God.” We need to learn to ignore hurtful critic and focus on what the LORD wants us to do. Instead of sawing words from His sign.
